Lady Gaga has arrived to the hospital very tired. She looks like exhausted. She has been training in the gym this morning before the rehearsal of her tour. After the gym she felt as if she could not breath and she is very worried. She wants a detailed report about what is happening to her.

1. Create a report in a WORD DOCUMENT explaining the case.

4. Parts of your report:

           Include everything that you have learnt about word last term. Including effects, photos, header, footer, tables... Font should be Verdana 13. (10xp)

            A. PAGE 1. INCLUDE A COVER WITH THE NAME OF THE CASE in capital letter and your name in the right lower corner of the sheet.

 

            B. PAGE 2. INCLUDE AN INDEX WITH ALL THE ASPECTS you are going to write about.

 

            C. ASPECTS TO INCLUDE:

 

                 1. Chart with the difference between breathing and respiration. (10xp)

 

                 2. Parts of the respiratory system with a drawing. Include details of the lungs and alveoli.(10xp)

 

                 3. Inspiration problems: Two years ago she fell from the stage and broke two ribs (floating ribs). She was operated and know she does not have them. Explain the inspiration process and explain if that can be the cause of the problem.(10xp)

 

                 4. Alveoli exchange of gases. Lady Gaga is very curious and she wants you to include how the exchange of gases is produced in the alveoli. Explain it with you own words. (include drawings).(10xp)

                

                5. RESPIRATION. Explain her the difference between aerobic and anaerobic respiration.(10xp)

 

                6. SMOKING. She is trying to give up smoking. Explain her the chemical that cigarettes contain and the effects. Include at least 7 consequences of smoking . Show her images and lungs. (that will work).(10xp)

 

                7 .DIAGNOSIS.  Lady Gaga wants to know what three different diseases she may have because she can not breath normally. (include photos of the three illnesses).(10xp)

 

                8. CONCLUSION.  Lady Gaga  says that before going to the gym she has passed next to an industry which was producing a lot of fumes. Make a diagnosis and write some recomendations for her. (10xp)

 

                9. Bibliography. Include the webpages where you have found extra information. (at least 3 )(10xp)
